What's included with my training session?
Depending on the training session client signs up with.  We offer a FREE comprehensive physical assessment and based on the assessment, client gets a personalized training plan to meet their goals. Whether it’s to lose weight, gain weight, gain muscle, strength training or just an overall wellness, we plan and schedule training and meal plans.
What does your training cost?
Cost is based upon packages that are put together based upon the goals of clients.
How long are your sessions?
Sessions run about 50 minutes.
Where do you train?
Training is at a studio, set up to cater to the needs of clients.
How do I lose weight?
Weight loss comes with a balance between strength training and proper nutrition.
How do I build lean muscle?
We help clients build lean muscle with technique based workouts, balanced cardio, and proper nutrition.
How many times should I train a week?
Amount of sessions per week is clearly based upon the client, their over all goal and their health status.
How much cardio should I do?
3 to 4 days a week should be dedicated to cardio mixed with proper strength training.
How long should I train?
The amount of time training should be 40-50 minutes based upon assisting a client to reach a consistent heart rate to properly burn calories while building at the same time.
How long does it take to see results?
6 to 8 weeks is good to rate and see results.
Should I cut out all carbs from my diet?
Only in short spurts to alter nutrition, then put back in portion to balance out weight loss, weight gain, and lean muscle development.
How do I lose 20lbs. and keep it off?
By taking 6 to 8 weeks to properly set up a strength training circuit, mixed with a nutrition plan to help burn calories in and effective manner.
