I have noticed over my 20 years in fitness that successful nutrition is more about choices than the types of food you eat. I certainly understand that you can’t just eat anything and expect to accomplish your goals, but how these foods are managed is the key. Learning how to deal with portion control based upon your goals and fitness experience have proven far superior over the years for me rather than stripping out all carbs or going only protein.
